# Ascendis Group

> Ascendis Group Pty Ltd is an Australian property development company based in Sydney. It converts standing buildings into regional data centres, adaptive-reuse housing, and medical and retirement living facilities, across regional and metropolitan Australia.

Ascendis finds the tenant first, then brings the property owner and the builder into the same deal, and manages the project from site screening through approvals to handover. Regional data centres are the primary focus: existing industrial buildings that already hold a grid connection are paired with tenants who need capacity in the regions.
